Texas Panhandle VOAD (Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster) is an association of voluntary organizations who assist during disaster. Its mission is to provide efficient and effective services to people affected by disaster through coordination of resources and efforts. It is not a competing entity, but is an independent coordinating network of organizations. The VOAD fulfills its mission through cooperation, communication, and collaboration. Our coverage area includes the top 26 counties of the Texas Panhandle.
