Our Mission
We are an association of organizations that mitigate and alleviate the impact of disaster, provides a forum promoting cooperation, communication, coordination and collaboration; and fosters more effective delivery of service to communities affected by disaster.
In order to ensure we are reflecting the communities our members serve and providing relevant and equitable services, we are committed to identifying, reaching out to and including all communities of the top 26 counties of the Texas Panhandle. This effort will strive to be inclusive of all, regardless of culture, ethnicity, religion, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, citizenship status, functional capability, disability, or any other differences.
