Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of the Texas Panhandle VOAD.
Members are typically local non-profit charitable organizations and Church affiliated organizations, as well as local chapter representatives of national institutions.
We are currently building our membership, and are interested in individuals and/or organizations that are willing to help in the following areas:
- Clean Up – Any individual and/or organization that can help in aiding in the clean up after a disaster. (Ex. Debris Removal, Chainsaw Crews, Etc.)
- Feeding – Any individual and/or organization that can either donate food or provide the means to cook and serve.
- Social Services Assistance – Any individual and/or organization that can help in locating and assisting disaster victims. (Ex. Help with FEMA Applications, Clothing Replacement, Housing Assistance, etc.
- Sheltering – Any individual and/or organization that can provide space for housing victims of a disaster and/or help coordinate the logistics of said facility. for a warehouse or help coordinate deliveries of donations.
- Volunteer & Donations Coordination/Management – Any individual and/or organization that can help lead and register those that wish to volunteer their time or help coordinate deliveries of donations and manage the deliveries at specified locations.

Once we have received your application, a current member of the Texas Panhandle VOAD will be in contact with you to discuss you and/or your organization’s abilities to help at the time of a disaster.
By filling out this application, you and/or your organization hereby express your commitment to the Texas Panhandle VOAD and is in accord with its purposes and plan of organization. As a VOAD member, we will seek to coordinate our resources with Member and Partner VOAD organizations in planning for and responding to disasters.
